Social media – theory and practice for a successful online presence

On December 4, 2025, a social media training course for political officials took place at the Salzburg regional office. Member of Parliament Lisa Schuch Gubik and Christian Schuch, BSc, taught the basics of creating a clear, legally compliant, and effective presence on Facebook and Instagram. Participants were given an overview of suitable content, key communication rules, and how to deal professionally with challenges online. A practical section on simple graphic design rounded off the seminar and reinforced the skills that are essential for responsible political public relations work today.
