Launch of the Europe Academy 2026

The Europe Academy 2026 kicked off on 20 and 21 March 2026 in Vienna with the first module on the topic of ‘Fundamentals of the European Union’. The aim of this module was to provide a sound grounding in the development, structure and functioning of the European Union. In particular, the content covered the historical development of the EU, its key institutions and the mechanisms of European legislation. Special focus was placed on the influence of European decisions on national parliaments, as well as on current policy areas such as asylum and migration policy. 
The seminar was designed as a combination of specialist lectures, interactive discussions and practical sessions. Following the official welcome by the course leaders and the Freedom Party’s Educational Institute, participants were actively engaged in the discussion and explored European policy issues in depth.
